Ingredients:
- Kasseri Cheese
- Cold water
- Olive oil
- Lemons
- Cut cheese into half-inch think squares
- Dip cheese into cold water, then dip in flour
- In heavy skillet, heat olive oil and sear each slice until golden brown and the cheese heats through (if the pan is too small, use a tablespoon of fresh oil for each piece of cheese)
- Saganaki is best sever hot with lemon squeezed on top
